Membership of the Esperance Public Library is free to all Ratepayers and Permanent Residents who can provide 100 points of identification from the following sources:

Temporary Member
If you cannot supply 100 points of identification you may join as a Temporary Member and pay a refundable deposit for borrowing rights. A current form of identification with correct address details will be required.

Charges are: |
$20 = maximum of 2 items |
|
|
$50 = maximum if 5 items |
Your deposit will be fully refunded when you return of all items loaned, or when you become a permanent member of the library.
Visitors
Visitors to Esperance who are permanent members of another WA Public Library may use their own library card and join as a Temporary Member without paying a deposit. A current form of identification with correct address details will be required.
Interstate Visitors can borrow using the ‘temporary member’ deposit system.
